Returns policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving their item. If the customer would like a refund, the goods must be returned within 14 days, after such time the customer will be issued with a credit note to spend on our website. This expires after 12 months.
Return postage is not covered by Nixie Jewellery unless otherwise discussed (for instance if the item is damaged). We recommend posting your return with a tracked & signed for service, as Nixie Jewellery are not responsible if the item is lost by the courier. Any damage caused to the item whilst in the customers possession will be deducted from the refund or credit note. If the customer doesn't safely return the item to Nixie Jewellery, & the item is damaged in transit due to this, the cost will be deducted form any refund or credit note due.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only. Refunds & credit notes are to be issued to the customer within 14 days of the return arriving back at Nixie Jewellery.
We do not accept returns after the 30 day period.
We do not accept returns of intimate items, such as earrings.
Items that are none returnable:
- Intimate items such as earrings or body jewellery
- Personalised items/orders
- Any items on sale - this includes any item that has a coupon code against it, discount or was on sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards, digitally or our physical cards.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
